We are preparing to do whatever we can to assist families who have had damage to their homes. If you have children in our school district, and you have been displaced from your home, we need to collect information from you so that we can provide you with the assistance for which you are entitled. Therefore, if you have been displaced from your home and you have been forced to find temporary housing, we need some information from you. In order for us to assist your family in a timely manner, it is very important that you contact us (either by filling out this FORM or calling our office at 634-2287). We are very sorry if you have experienced property damage as a result of the tornado, but we are thankful that no one in our community sustained any serious injuries. Thank you and be safe.
